Theme: Road Trip – On the Go with God
Inspired by Joshua 1:9 – “The LORD your God is with you wherever you go.”

Join us for an exciting journey this summer at Road Trip VBS!
We’ll explore new places, build lasting friendships, and discover how God is with us every step of the way.

July 7–11, 2025 (Monday–Friday)
Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Location: Buckhall United Methodist Church
📍 10251 Moore Dr, Manassas, VA 20111
🍽️ Dinner provided every night!


🕺 What to Expect Each Evening:

  • Fun music & worship

  • Engaging Bible story

  • Creative crafts & games

  • Delicious dinner & snacks

  • A joyful, faith-filled atmosphere


🍽️ Daily Dinner Menu

  • Monday (7/7): Hot dogs & chips

  • Tuesday (7/8): Sandwiches & pretzels

  • Wednesday (7/9): Pizza with ranch, Mac & Cheese

  • Thursday (7/10): Chicken tenders, pasta salad, Mac & Cheese

  • Friday (7/11): Spaghetti, salad, rolls & cake
    ✨ Friday is Family Night! (More info below)


🍓 Snack Selections Throughout the Week

Apples, oranges, strawberries, bananas, yogurt, cucumbers, ice cream sandwiches, Goldfish crackers, applesauce/fruit cups, popcorn & popsicles


🎉 Family Night – Friday, July 11

Celebrate the week with us! Enjoy a family dinner, a short performance by the children, a recap of what they learned, and a display of their crafts in the foyer.

                                                         👧👦 Who Can Join?
🎉 Participants: Children from Preschool (age 4+) through Grade 5
🙌 Volunteers: Students in Grade 6 and above are welcome to serve as VBS Volunteers—helping with activities, games, and guiding younger kids!

👶 Ages 3 and under: Are welcome with a parent or guardian present throughout the program

📍 Location: Buckhall UMC


Join us for a special evening to celebrate a wonderful week together!


🍽️ Dinner: 6:00 – 7:00 PM
Enjoy a delicious meal with your family and friends.


🎶 Program: 7:00 – 7:30 PM
Come see the kids perform songs they’ve learned throughout the week — they'll gather up front by the piano and sing their hearts out!
After the performance, we’ll share a short recap of the week’s message and what the children have been learning.


🎨 Craft Display:
Before you leave, stop by the foyer to see a display of the kids’ amazing crafts and creations!


We can’t wait to see you there!


🚗 Drop-off & Dismissal Instructions


Drop-off: Begins at 5:00 PM
Please ensure your child arrives on time so they can enjoy dinner, which starts at 5:15 PM.
All children must be signed in and out each day by a parent or guardian.


Dismissal: Is at 8:00 PM (except for Family Night on Friday)
For your child’s safety, they will only be released to individuals listed as authorized for pickup.
