Advent Sermon series

This Advent we will be jumping into a sermon series entitled Merry & Bright. In this series, we'll be looking at how we can truly be a people of God who are merry and bright, even when the world or our lives don't make that easy to do.

Join us for Advent worship at 10:00am in-person or online - if you'd like to jump into one of our adult studies for their advent series studies, you are more than welcome to join! Just contact the church office and we will find a group that works for you!

If you'd like to purchase a wreath for the cemetery, or for a cemetery anywhere in the country, click here.

Collecting 2024 Calendars & Note Cards: We will be collecting 2024 calendars and unused note cards for the residents of Birmingham Green in Manassas. They can be dropped off in the lobby on the table next to the food donations.

Christmas Concert

Join us for the first-ever Christmas Concert at Buckhall Church by the White House Band. This group, led by Dave Detwiler, is made up of some of the very best brass musicians in the world. All of the members of this group have served or are currently serving, in the primary bands of the US Armed Forces, and have played at the White House for many presidents and White House events.

There is no charge for admission, and all proceeds from the free-will offering taken will benefit the Willing Warrior Retreat for wounded service members and their families, located in Haymarket.

Christmas Cantata

Our Choir is proud and excited to present our annual Christmas Cantata on December 24th at 10am. The choir will be leading us in worship, and we'll also have a couple of congregational hymns, scripture readings, and a brief message from Pastor Sean. We hope that you will join us for the wonderful and meaningful worship experience.

Christmas Eve Worship

We will celebrate Christmas Eve on Sunday, Dec. 24th at 7pm.

The Christmas Eve service will be family-friendly, and identical. They will feature scripture readings, hymns, special music from our choir, a message from Pastor Sean and will conclude with communion, candle lighting, and singing Silent Night.

The service will also be live streamed on our Facebook and YouTube pages.

A Service Of lessons & Carols

One of our favorite Christmas season traditions returns on December 31st at 10am. Our Sunday worship service that day will be a variation of the traditional Nine Lessons & Carols.

This service dates its history back to the latter half of the 1800's in the Church of England. We will hear nine lessons and sing many of our favorite Christmas hymns as we worship our way through the entire Christmas story.
